Chief Executive Officer & President
has served as a Director, and as our Chief Executive Officer and President since November 2022. Prior to joining TSS, Darryll was most recently the Vice President Global Sales and Field Marketing at DELL Technologies, from 2012 to 2022 where he served as the global sales leader for all direct and indirect sales, field operations and marketing of the Dell Endpoint Data Security business.
He also has extensive executive level sales and service experiences as EVP Global Sales with Credant Technologies, Inc., as the Group President of VA Software Solutions, and was President of i2 Technologies. His early career was spent at IBM. Darryll received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Chief Operating Officer
was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Todd was hired as our Senior Vice President – Operations in November 2022. Prior to joining us, from 2019 until 2022 he was the Vice President – Operations for Applied Technical Services, a privately held full turnkey electronics manufacturer. Prior to this Todd has helped transform a number of business operations within many companies including Flex, Solectron and Moduslink. He has run multiple operational sites in the US, Mexico and other locations throughout the globe. He has driven new product and service introductions with hands on experience across design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and logistical services including numerous quality systems. Todd has managed with KPIs and other performance metrics that have improved overall operations, customer satisfaction and employee development. He has had full P&L responsibilities and scaled business operations profitably.
Chief Financial Officer
is an accomplished executive with deep experience in many industries, guiding companies through periods of rapid organic and inorganic growth during his 33-year career. He brings to TSS a history of successes marked by strong operational results, capital markets and strategic transactions, and value creation. As CFO, Danny leads the financial operations at TSS, including planning, risk management, reporting, treasury, tax, and investor relations.
Prior to joining TSS, Mr. Chism served in CFO positions at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas, EZCORP, Inc., Cash Solutions Centers, and Gatsby Investments. Prior to EZCORP, he was in the audit department of Ernst and Young.
Mr. Chism graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 with his master’s degree in professional accounting, where he also earned his BBA in Accounting. He is an advisor to the University of Houston Bauer College of Business and a member of the CFO Leadership Council and Financial Executives International. Mr. Chism is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Sr. Vice President of Business Development
was hired as our Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing on January 22, 2018. Prior to joining us, from 2013 until January 2018, Kieran was the Director of Sales – Technology for Neovia Logistics Services, LLC, a privately held global third-party logistics and distribution company. From 2010 until 2013, Kieran was the Director of North America Business Development for Syncreon, Inc., a global contract logistics company. Kieran has also held a number of senior sales and business development leadership positions including with Stream Global Services, Solectron, Modus Media, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Kieran has a Bachelor of Science (Finance) degree from California State University (Long Beach).
Chief People Officer
is a highly experienced Human Resources professional and a published research author with over 20 years of expertise in employee relations, talent management, diversity, organizational development, and global HR strategies. Janet received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and Master of Arts from UNLV. She also holds two prestigious HR certifications – Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Janet has a proven track record of delivering impactful initiatives, navigating complex employment laws, and managing HR operations globally. She is dedicated to creating inclusive and equitable workplaces and has worked for renowned companies like Ford Motor Company, Nike, and Dell Technologies.

Jim Woodward
Sr. Director, Facilities Management
career expands over 40+ years in the operations of Facility Management to include designing, engineering, planning, project management, construction of critical turnkey commercial manufacturing, data/call center facilities. He joined Total Site Solutions 12 years ago and heads up the Facility Management Division to include traditional sites along with all the Modular Data Center business. He as well holds General Contractor/Developers licenses in several different states.
President and Chief Executive Officer
was a Vice President at Dell Technologies, Inc. from 2012 to November 2022 where he served as the global sales leader for all direct and indirect sales, field operations and marketing of the Dell Endpoint Data Security Business. Prior to his role at Dell, Mr. Dewan held various executive level positions in sales, marketing and business development with companies including Credant Technologies, Inc., VA Software Solutions, i2 Technologies, Amdahl Corp and IBM. Mr. Dewan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Dewan has over 30 years of experience as an executive of publicly traded companies.
Chairman of the Board of Directors
a private investment firm that takes concentrated positions in micro-cap turnaround companies, with a focus on the technology sector. Prior to founding MHW Capital Management in 2005, Mr. Woodward was a Managing Director at Regan Fund Management Ltd., a hedge fund group specializing in active equity investments in public companies and revitalizing their business plans. In addition to serving as the Chairman of our Board of Directors, Mr. Woodward serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Precision Optics Corporation and as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Power, LLC. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Cartesian, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Hampshire Group, Limited, and as a Director at News Edge Corp., Zomax, Inc. and Innodata-Isogen, Inc. Mr. Woodward holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colgate University and a Master’s degree in International Economics from Columbia University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Woodward is very familiar with our industry and his capital markets experience is valuable to our Board of Directors.

Richard Metzler is an accomplished executive with over thirty years of leadership experience in the global logistics industry, encompassing parcel delivery, home delivery, third-party logistics, healthcare logistics and e-commerce logistics. His career highlights include leading diverse logistics companies, driving acquisitions, and achieving operational excellence across international markets.
Director
having served in that capacity since October 2023, where he is responsible for the direction and strategic growth of approximately 100 sites across 18 countries over various business sectors, including automotive, industrial, aerospace, consumer retail and technology. Additionally, since 2018, Mr. Fahy has held multiple leadership roles at Simon Group Holdings (“SGH”), including as Chief Executive Officer of three of SGH’s start-up technology platform companies. From November 2020 to October 2023, Mr. Fahy served first as an Executive Vice President of Contract Logistics and then as a Regional Chief Executive Officer of DB Schenker Americas. From 1996 to 2017, Mr. Fahy worked at Syncreon where he held multiple positions culminating in President of the Technology Sector for the company. Mr. Fahy earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Technological University Dublin. Mr. Fahy provides our Board of Directors with significant operational and executive experience gained in his capacity as a chief executive officer and in other leadership positions of rapidly growing businesses, with experience specifically in the technology sector. He has also had significant business dealings with our largest customer.
